Pan-fried pork chops with apples and onions, brown rice, and salad

this looks delicious!! I have some chops in the freezer and I've been wondering what to do with them. What was your method?

Dredged in seasoned flour, pan-browned, covered in sliced onions, cover, lower flame until chops almost cooked (depends on thickness) add apples and finish cooking.
